They presently run an orphanage in Thailand, finance an orphanage and street children's ministry in Myanmar (Burma) and support a children's feeding project in Botswana.
More than 500 children are being helped by these three projects.

The Um-phang Orphanage

The Um-phang orphanage was started in January 2008 by Esther Hkawn Yi (student from Burma) and Peter Willis (Chairman of H2O-Help to Orphans ry. Finland).
All of the children are of Burmese migrant workers of Karen ethnicity who crossed the border to escape the brutalities perpetrated on them by the Military Regime and to look for a better life in Thailand.
The orphanage director is Esther Hkawn Yi who is a Burmese national with an education.
H20 provides refuge, health, care, games and activities, education and love to orphans and vulnerable children. They value education as one of the most important rights of a child, in order to ensure their future.
